Looking for Subleaser Aug 2015 All Inclusive in Greenville, NC

I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at University Manor starting in August 2015. If you need to move in during the summer I could also sublease the room for the rest of the summer. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment and the sublease is for one bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a large walk-in closet attached to the bathroom. The rent is $474 a month ALL INCLUSIVE (this is lower than the current going rate). This includes electricity, water, washer/dryer, cable, and internet. The apartment is also furnished so it would also come with a bed, desk, bedside table, 4 drawers, and some living room furniture/kitchen appliances. You will also have access to the 24 hour gym, a tanning bed, a computer lab, and a pool/hot tub provided by management. I am looking to fill this spot ASAP so please contact me if you are interested.
