I currently have a lease at The Province apartments. The lease begins in August 2015 and goes for 10 months, until June 2016. The apartment is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom style type with a living room & tv, full kitchen with all amenities, and in apartment washer and dryer for laundry. The apartment comes fully furnished. The apartment complex is right across from the ECU campus and has parking included with the lease. The complex has a media and gaming center, computer lab, group study lounges, a fitness center with tanning beds, resort-style pool, and club house that are all included in your monthly payments. The price for the apartment is $543 per month. This size/style apartment is priced at $485 + $8 monthly water bill + an additional $50 per month if you would like to stay on the 10 month lease; if not, the 12 month lease would only cost $493 per month.
