4BR/4BA at 33 East in Greenville, NC

I am scheduled to move into 33 East apartments in Greenville, NC on August 20th. The lease is for the [removed phone] school year. I am trying to find a subleaser so that I can move in with a friend at another complex. The staff at the complex are friendly and very accommodating. It is a 4-BR apartment that allows pets, however you can request to be moved to a non-pet building. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The apartment is also smoke-free. All utilities are included in the $460 rent, including satellite tv (HBO and HD included) and internet. The property also has workout facilities, pools, rec areas, tanning beds and more, which are all free to use. The apartments come furnished, including washer/dryer and a full kitchen. My deposit was waived when I signed the lease so I assume that there will be no required deposit. All paperwork required can be completed either online or in person at the 33-East Main Office.
